Mixed Results in European Markets
In morning trading, the Stoxx Europe 600 experienced a 0.3% gain. Notably, Just Eat Takeaway.com saw a significant increase of 6%, while Delivery Hero climbed by 4.2%. On the flip side, Inv Latour B slipped by 3.3%, and Swedish Orphan Biovitrum lost 2.1%. The FTSE 100 remained relatively flat. Meanwhile, France’s CAC 40 witnessed a 0.3% increase, and Germany’s DAX rose by 0.3%.

The Wall Street Journal Dollar Index showed no significant movements, staying flat at 98.44.

In the commodities market, Brent crude recorded a decline of 0.9% and was valued at $81.48 per barrel. Similarly, WTI crude dropped by 0.8% and stood at $76.24 per barrel.

The German 10-year Bund yield experienced a decline of 3 basis points from 2.385% to 2.356%. In contrast, the yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury fell by 1 basis point from 4.168% to 4.155%. It’s worth noting that bond prices and yields move inversely.
