Anheuser-Busch InBev ADR Suffers Losses for Second Consecutive Day

The Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A. ADR (BUD) experienced a decline of 0.31% on Monday, closing at $58.37. Despite this setback, it occurred during a generally positive trading session for the overall stock market. The S&P 500 Index (SPX) rose by 0.40% to reach 4,554.64, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) increased by 0.52% to reach 35,411.24.

This decline marks the ADR’s second consecutive day of losses. It is worth noting that Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A. ADR closed $8.72 below its 52-week high of $67.09, which had been achieved on March 31st.

When comparing its performance to competitors, Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A. ADR underperformed on Monday. Kirin Holdings Co. Ltd. ADR (KNBWY) experienced a decrease of 0.20% to reach $14.66, while San Miguel Corp. (SMGBF) saw an increase of 0.51% to reach $1.96. Compania Cervecerias Unidas S.A. ADR (CCU) performed the best, with a rise of 2.11% to reach $17.44.

The trading volume for Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A. ADR was 2.5 million, surpassing its 50-day average volume of 2.5 million.
